Retinol Microencapsulated
CAPSURETINOL UHC is a water-based biodegradable polymeric (polycarbamate/polyurea) delivery system of microcapsules containing 13% encapsulated all-trans retinol (431,600 IU/g), designed for cosmetic use. This product is BHA and BHT-free.
Its primary function is to stabilize retinol and facilitate its incorporation into cosmetic formulations thanks to its easy dispersibility in water. Additionally, it enables a controlled and prolonged release of the active ingredient, enhancing its efficacy while minimizing irritation.
Unlike other technologies, CAPSURETINOL UHC eliminates the need for intense stirring, excessive shear, or emulsifiers, simplifying its application in cosmetic products.
Upon application, the microcapsules release retinol through controlled breakage when massaged onto the skin providing a soft and smooth texture. Some microcapsules remain within skin wrinkles, providing a targeted and prolonged effect that enhances efficacy and ensures long-lasting anti-aging benefits.
This product is recommended for skin care formulations such as creams, lotions, and serums.
