Ecopol Tech offers 150 sqm of clean-room space (140 sqm ISO 8 & 12 sqm ISO 7) and 185 sqm of non-classified laboratories for the synthesis, packaging, or scale-up of your products. Enjoy flexible rental options, adjusting your space as needed.<\/p>\n

Our services include Milli-Q water, ICT network, utilities (electricity & water), courier reception and management.<\/p>\n

Subject to availability, clients can reserve meeting rooms and access Ecopol Tech\u2019s advanced equipment, either autoservice or with technical support, to support their projects and research activities.<\/p><\/div>

Ecopol Tech brings over 30 years of expertise in polymer science, driving innovation and overcoming challenges in polymer chemistry. With a total area of 1100 sqm, Ecopol Tech is equipped with several state-of-the-art reactors, ranging from 1 kg for scale-up to 8 tons for large-scale production. In our clean-room facilities, we offer reactors from 50 mL to 60 L, offering versatile solutions for production and scale-up to meet your specific needs.<\/p>\n

Additionally, our facilities include five specialized laboratories separate from the production area, supporting comprehensive R&D and manufacturing processes.
\nWe transform laboratory-scale protocols into efficient industrial-scale processes. We are able to identify potential optimizations and improvements ensuring a smooth and efficient scale-up, adapting each step to meet industrial requirements.<\/p>\n

In addition to our analytical equipment, we offer a range of additional instruments to support both laboratory and industrial-scale operations such as pH meters, viscometers, stability oven at 40\u1d52C and rotary evaporators for laboratory-scale evaporation, between others, while at the industrial level, dedicated pipeline systems and specialized equipment ensure efficient large-scale processing.<\/p>\n
