ECOPOL TECH, S.L. contracts its virtual infrastructure according to a "cloud computing" model through different providers located inside and outside the EU. Providers outside the EU comply with Commission Decision 2011/61/EU, recipients declared appropriate level by the European Commission.
No other communication of data to third parties is foreseen, unless legally required.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not ECOPOL TECH, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
